Cabbage Masala Curry

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 1/2
Coconut grated - 1/4 cup
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1 Inch
Garlic - 1 1/2 pods
Green Chillies - 4
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Salt

Method:
1. Wash cabbage and chop it finely.
2. Heat oil and season with Jeera, Mustard & Curry leaves.
3. Add chopped cabbage and salt to the seasoning. Close it with lid and let it cook for about 8 min.
4. While it is cooking, prepare masala paste by grinding Coriander seeds, Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies together into a fine paste.
5. When the cabbage is almost cooked, add the masala paste.
6. Let it cook for another 2 minutes  or until the cabbage is done, without lid this time.

Thats it! Tasty Cabbage masala curry is ready... I bet cabbage never tasted this good before..!
